  • Is it free? Yes — building, wiring, pricing, exporting, and publishing are free. An account (also free) adds cross-device sync.
  • Is the gear data real? Yes — real products with verified specs, sizes, ports, and street pricing, maintained continuously. Prices are estimates, not quotes.
  • Can I plan a rig for gear I don’t own yet? That’s the point — draw it, price it, find the problems, then buy once.
  • Something’s missing or wrong in the catalog. Use Request gear in the app, or Send feedback in the header — both land directly with the team.
  • Does it work on phones? Yes — the builder has a dedicated mobile layout, and it keeps improving.
