Auto-wire (the wand in the toolbar) reads your rack like an engineer would: what needs power, what feeds what, what the conventional signal flow looks like — then proposes the full set of connections for one-tap apply.
- It only proposes runs between genuinely compatible ports, and it never overwrites wiring you drew by hand.
- Applying is one undo step — try it, inspect the result on the Back view, and keep or revert.
- Use it as a starting point on big rigs: accept the obvious runs, then hand-wire the creative routing that makes your rig yours.
