Refund Policy

The short version

  • Yearly Pro: full refund within 14 days of any charge, no questions asked.
  • Monthly Pro: full refund within 48 hours of any charge.
  • Refunds end Pro access once processed. Your rigs and data are never deleted.

How to request one

Email iemrig.com@gmail.com from the address on your account, or use the billing portal linked from your account page. Payments are processed by Polar, merchant of record on behalf of Lord of Rigs LLC, and refunds are returned to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Renewals

The windows above apply to every charge, including renewals — a yearly renewal you did not mean to keep can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date. We also email you before each yearly renewal so it never comes as a surprise.

EU & UK customers

If you are in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting your subscription you consent to immediate access; our 14-day yearly window honors the withdrawal right in full, and the monthly window sits alongside it — where the statutory right gives you more than this policy, the statutory right wins.

Abuse

We reserve the right to decline repeated refund-and-resubscribe patterns that are clearly gaming the windows. This has never happened; we mention it so the policy can stay generous.
