Sennheiser A 2003-UHF Directional Antenna

The A 2003-UHF was the standard Sennheiser paddle for two decades — the flat directional antenna hanging over half the world's monitor rigs, pointed at the stage for receive or fed from a combiner for IEM transmit. Passive, wideband across the full legacy 450–960 MHz UHF span, and reciprocal, it did both jobs with the same hardware. Sennheiser has discontinued it in favor of the ADP UHF, but so many are in circulation that used racks and installed rigs will carry them for years yet.

03 · What this product asks of the rest of the system.

Compatibility

Treat connector names as the start of the check—not the answer. These are the boundaries that determine a complete working path.

Best fit · RF Antenna

Use it as rf antenna tracked outside rack rails; follow the manufacturer’s mounting and form-factor guidance.

Plan the companion path

Complete the path with upstream and downstream gear that matches connector, direction, signal type, protocol, and wiring standard.
