The TP-Link Archer AX21 is a budget-friendly WiFi 6 (AX1800) router that's become the default cheap pick for tablet-control rigs. Four gigabit LAN ports plus WiFi mean a console, computer, and tablet can all talk to each other without drama. Set it to a dedicated SSID for the rig and you've got a private network at every show.
The Archer AX21 is the router you buy when you need a private wireless network for your rig and you don't want to spend a lot of money doing it. In practice, that means a dedicated SSID for your console's tablet remote, a wired connection to the console or a stage computer, and nothing else on the network competing for bandwidth.
